Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
